Keltic Freight Services is a growing transportation and logistics company specializing in international freight solutions, including ocean, air, flat bed/ Heavy haul, project planning, and cross-border trucking. As we continue to expand our reach and service offerings, we are seeking a detail oriented and motivated International Logistics Operations coordinator to join our Moncton team and help support international sales and customer service.

Position Summary:

The successful candidate will support the international sales team by managing customer relations, coordinating shipments, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, carriers and internal departments here at Keltic. This is a great opportunity for someone to build a career in international logistics and grow within a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate international shipments ( air, ocean and ground ) from booking to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution
• Communicate with overseas agents, carriers and custom brokers to facilitate logistics operations
• Project planning and execution ( oversized, heavy haul )
• Manage and update customer information and sales activities in our TMW system
• Track and trace orders, resolving any issues quickly and professionally
• Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• Ideally, 2 plus years in in logistics, transportation or freight forwarding.
• Experience with flat bed ( heavy haul and over size ) operations is an asset
• Strong organizationally skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
• Knowledge of customs and international shipping documents is a plus
