We are currently seeking a Client Intake Administrator to join our Risk & Resiliency team based in the Firm's Halifax, NS office.
Type of Position: Full-Time, Contract (12 Months)

The Opportunity:
The Firm's Client Intake Administrator is responsible for managing and processing Client Intake requests across the Firm's Client Intake software, financial database, and document management systems in accordance with the Firm's standardized procedures.
Collaborating closely with Client Service Teams, the successful candidate will ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with all applicable obligations by ways of conducting regular data quality assurance audits, aggregating data from multiple sources to support Risk management functions and continuous improvement initiatives, all while maintaining Client Intake software, policies, procedures, and forms.
In addition, the successful candidate will also support other intake-related tasks and perform additional duties as assigned.

Experience in the legal sector would be considered an asset for this role.
