In this diverse role, you'll play a vital part in producing high-quality traffic signs and ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. If you're reliable, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

Sign Making:

Operate specialized equipment to create various types of traffic signs (e.g., cutting, laminating, applying reflective sheeting).

Ensure all signs meet precise specifications and quality standards.

Maintain sign-making equipment and troubleshoot minor issues as needed.

Manage and organize sign-making materials and inventory.

Receive, unload, and store incoming materials and products.

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain organized warehouse storage areas.

Could assist with general warehouse duties, including cleaning and maintenance?

What We're Looking For:

Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or sign-making environment is a must.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Ability to follow instructions precisely and work independently.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Basic computer skills are an asset.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 75 lbs) regularly.

Comfortable with standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.

Work Ethic:

Reliable and punctual.

Positive attitude and a team player.

A strong commitment to workplace safety.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
