In this role, you'll collaborate with our Business Development team to respond to the evolving needs of the labour market while helping NBCC deliver programs that strengthen communities and industries alike.

Salary Range: $2,050.00 to $2,478.00 bi-weekly.
Collaborating with the Business Development Operations Manager, the Business Development Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support for the development of new business and revenue opportunities for NBCC. These areas of new business relate to the current and emerging educational and training needs of the labour market.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate implementation of program processes for new/revised delivery approval.
- Conducte sourcing for RFP's (Check Federal, Provincial, and International systems to look for potential contracts).
- Review and research postings to see what is viable and then send an expression of interest.
- Coordinate curriculum internally (working closely with Deans, Managers and Learning Design Consultants).
- Conduct sourcing and research to find new curriculums for classes/programs.
- Coordinate program/class information to Marketing and collaborating with them on various promotional activities.
- Communicate with Department Heads, Deans, Student Services, Facilities, IT and almost all other departments within NBCC.
- Book classes, notifying security of when classes are, working with IT, getting keys to appropriate parties, ordering food and beverages for classes, ensuring order is delivered on time, administering course surveys, and evaluating survey results.
- Work with PPL manager/Academic Chair on sourcing and hiring instructors for classes.
- Coordinate communication on curriculum, program set up and responding to inquiries.
Education & Experience:
- Diploma/Degree in a related field of study and five (5) years of related work experience.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Candidates must have strong customer service skills and be a self-motivator.

Other combinations of education and experience may be considered as equivalent. Subject to competition response, the minimum qualifications may be raised.
Occasional travel within New Brunswick is required and candidates must possess a valid Class 5 driver's license.
