The Opportunity

Lounsbury Automotive Moncton is looking for an Auto-Body Shop Coordinator.

In this role, the main your main responsibility is to assist the collision technicians and estimators with scheduling repair work in the collision center. The candidate must be organized, have good communication skills, and be proactive with an energetic attitude. Attention to detail is essential.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities
  • Answer all incoming phone calls to the body shop, greet walk-in customers, reply to emails sent to the body shop (by customers, insurance companies)
  • Schedule and coordinate estimate appointments, repair appointments, rental cars, deductible payments, etc.
  • Process paperwork for insurance companies for claims
  • Check in with Technicians on the status of repairs of vehicles to provide an update to customers
  • Open and close repair orders into the computerized database
  • Complete payroll timesheets
  • Code and record invoices and receipts for purchases
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • A college diploma in business administration, sales, and/or marketing is an asset
  • 2 years' experience in customer service and a coordinator role is preferred
  • Strong focus on customer service
  • Automotive Parts and/or shop experience is an asset
  • Strong computer Skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer service skills, and troubleshooting skills
  • A good team player has a sense of urgency and can multitask
  • Good work ethic
