OMISTA is looking for a CU Response Team (CRT) Representative to join our Team!

THE POSITION

We are seeking a dynamic and service-driven Credit Union Response Team (CRT) Representative to join our Digital Services team. As a CRT Representative, you will be the first point of contact for members, and potential members, reaching out through phone, email, and our website. Your role is crucial in delivering prompt, professional, and personalized service to meet our members' financial needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound member inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, account details, and general credit union policies.
  • Assist members with account transactions, online banking navigation, and troubleshooting.
  • Identify member needs and recommend appropriate credit union solutions and services.
  • Document member interactions accurately in the system to ensure proper follow-up and resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all credit union products, services, promotions, and digital tools.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure member satisfaction.
  • Proactively participate in outgoing sales solutions and promotions.
  • Uphold OMISTA's service standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Sales skills.
  • Strong knowledge of OMISTA Products and Services, and AML & Privacy regulations.
  • Proficient in using and navigating software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent telephone and e-mail etiquette.
  • Efficient work planning and management skills.

Education and Training

  • Certificate and/ or diploma in finance, business, or related field, plus a minimum of 1 year of job-related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

JOB SUMMARY

  • Employment Type: Permanent Full Time
  • Required Travel: No
  • Location: Moncton, Fredericton, Oromocto
  • Work Environment: Hybrid
  • Pay Type: Salaried, Personal Bonus, Team Bonus
  • Salary Range: $38,700-$45,500.

Please Note: The ability to be bonded is a condition of employment with OMISTA. The Bonding Process consists of the completion of a bonding application, criminal record check, and credit check.
