As a Software Developer on the Growth team, you will play a critical role in leveraging technical expertise to drive revenue growth, increase product awareness, and optimize user acquisition, activation, and retention. You will collaborate with the Growth team on planning and implementing data-driven experiments.
- Developing and executing data-driven experiments improve growth across the whole customer journey
- Implementing new growth technologies and methodologies
- Analyzing complex growth data to inform strategy adjustments
- Collaborating with Sales & Marketing Management, Revenue Operations and Business Intelligence to ensure seamless execution and measurement of growth initiatives
- Driving growth innovation and best practices across the organization
Desired Skills and Experience
- Frontend and backend development experience, including experience managing data pipelines
- Experience using Generative AI in a programmatic way
- Growth mindset, understanding and executing on business goals
- Ability to work autonomously and being flexible in a dynamic environment
- Good communication skills with the ability to write clearly about technical and product-related subjects
- Experience in data analysis and data visualization
- Ability to work with the following languages and technologies: Python, JS, SQL, ElasticSearch
