We're excited to announce a new opportunity for a CCA Exam Coordinator to join our Labour Relations, Compensation Analysis and Educational Solutions team as we continue to grow and expand our amazing team!
Position Scope:
The CCA Exam Coordinator is responsible for the organization of the CCA Certification Exam. The duties will include managing the exams logistics, processing exam registrations, maintaining the Customer Relations Management (CRM) database related to the exam, and generating exam reports, as required.
Role Specific Duties:
- Provide office management support for CCA Exam, as directed by verbal or written instruction
- Present a positive and professional image of the CCA Program office to all partners, suppliers, inquiries, and through other interactions
- Coordinate the CCA Exam cycles and report exam results to educators, exam candidates, and management
- Coordinate exam logistics, which will include booking the exam space, scheduling exam dates, gauging exam capacity, communicating with educators and exam candidates, etc.
- Administer the exam registration process including inquires, screening, registering, data entering, processing payments, posting results and rescheduling
- Collaborate with industry partners to operationalize the exam, including educators, contracted exam administration company, and management
- Process large volume of exam results including importing, exporting, reporting data points
Qualifications and Skills:
- Post-secondary diploma in administrative and/or business-related studies
- 5 years' experience in an office setting (combination of experience and education will be considered)
- Customer service oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to write, format, proofread moderately complex correspondence, including memos, letters, forms, etc.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel (formatting, formulas, data manipulation), Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and information management systems
- Demonstrated understanding of data integrity principles (consistency, accuracy, currency, and complete)
- Demonstrated work experience coordinating large cyclical projects
- Superior time management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize and respond to large volumes of emails and phone calls, respecting the time sensitive nature of the inquiries and in accordance with Program standards
