The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Senior Corporate HR Business Partner to join our Corporate Human Resources team in Mississauga.
As a Senior Corporate HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with senior management across various corporate functions to drive business results through strategic human resources leadership. The Corporate HRBP aligns HR initiatives with business strategies, promotes a high-performance culture, and provides expert advice on organizational and management issues. Key responsibilities include talent management and organizational development. This position fosters strong relationships with HR Centers of Excellence and HR teams within the business units to deliver integrated HR solutions globally. This role is pivotal in anticipating and addressing HR needs, ensuring the organization remains agile and competitive.
Additionally, in this position you will:
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning HR strategies with business goals to drive organizational effectiveness.
- Anticipate and address HR needs across functions, serving as a one-stop shop for HR solutions tailored to the corporate environment.
- Influence and support organizational design and change management initiatives to ensure agility and scalability.
- Lead workforce planning efforts, identifying current and future talent needs in collaboration with business leaders.
- Assess organizational performance, identify talent gaps, and recommend targeted HR interventions.
- Develop and execute talent strategies that support succession planning, internal mobility, and leadership pipeline development.
- Coach senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and performance management.
- Facilitate leadership development programs and support executive onboarding and integration.
- Deliver enterprise-wide HR programs (e.g., performance management, compensation cycles, engagement surveys) with a corporate lens.
- Ensure consistency in HR policies and practices.
- Monitor compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and ethical standards.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to co-create and deploy solutions that meet business needs.
- Liaise with HRBPs in business units, ensuring alignment and knowledge sharing across the company.
- Represent corporate HR in cross-functional initiatives, contributing to enterprise-wide transformation efforts.
- Track and report on key HR metrics, identifying trends and recommending actions.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) by embedding inclusive practices into talent and culture strategies.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, using feedback to shape a positive and productive work environment.
- Lead or contribute to strategic HR projects, such as digital transformation, or organizational restructuring.
- Stay current on HR trends and innovations, bringing forward ideas to enhance the employee experience and HR service delivery.

- Undergraduate Degree
- MBA (preferred)

- 11-15 years of similar work experience
