Our Shaw Brick division is seeking a Hardscapes Specialist - NB & PEI (Bilingual). The successful candidate will be passionate about hardscape solutions with a consultative approach to sales. The Hardscapes Specialist - NB & PEI will take initiative and ownership in building and maintaining relationships with designers, contractors, and project owners.

Key Responsibilities & Priorities:

· Develop relationships with designers, contractors, and project owners throughout NB & PEI.

· Identify clients needs, wants, and wishes, and provide accurate estimates or proposals for relevant hardscape products.

· Call on a variety of construction professionals and specifiers to develop and manage commercial paver and retaining wall opportunities through to completion.

· Review architectural specifications and construction drawings to determine project solutions.

· Collaborate across Shaw divisions and retail stores to provide customers a positive experience from start to finish.

· Provide insights and feedback to the production team from the market on new trends, product development and potential product enhancements.

· Conduct site visits to provide consultations, meet with installers, and take photos of successful projects

· Provide technical support to landscape architects and contractors for ongoing projects.

Requirements & Qualifications:

· Highly organized, ability to multitask, and customer service oriented.

· Experience calling on architects, engineers, developers, contractors is an asset.

· Experience working within landscape or related industry will be preferred.

· 3-5 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in the construction or landscaping industry.

· Bachelor's degree or diploma in civil engineering, landscape architecture, or a related field.

· Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

· Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

· Strong understanding of architectural specifications and drawings.

· Proficiency in CAD software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant technical software.

· Ability to travel to project sites as needed.

· Bilingual preferred
