About the Role
We are currently looking for a Change Management Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Manager, Change Management you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

? Manages the people side of change, including performing change readiness assessments, and identifying change risks.
? Develop and implement change management plans.
? Conducting training needs assessment, develop training material, and conduct training sessions to prepare stakeholders for the change.
? Develops strategic communication plans and engage stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure consistent and clear communications are disseminated to all stakeholders impacted by the change.
? Evaluates the effectiveness of change management plans during assigned projects and initiatives and adjusts accordingly to enhance adoption.
? Establish and maintain effective working relationships with project sponsors, project team members, and other internal and external stakeholders.
? Engaging subject matter experts across the province to successfully implement change management projects/ initiatives.
? Supporting stakeholder adoption and gather feedback on the effectiveness of change management throughout projects and initiatives.

About You
Your education and experience include:
? Bachelor?s Degree in a clinical or health related discipline, Business or Education.

? Minimum of five years? experience in the following:
o Adult education.
o Quality improvement through adoption of change.
o Leading the people side of change.

It would be considered an asset if you have the following:
? Strong knowledge of the provincial health care environment.
? PROSCI certification.

You have the following skills and abilities:
? Knowledge of change management principles, standards, and processes.
? Excellent partnership, consultation, facilitation, and communication skills.
? Self-motivated and possess excellent time management and organizational skills.
? Strong analytic and decision-making abilities.
? Demonstrate good judgment and an ability to build consensus among groups with differing priorities.
? Demonstrate leadership, influence, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills while balancing multiple projects/initiatives.

Demonstrated equivalencies may be considered.
