We're looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Associate to support our HR Partners across a variety of client engagements. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate who is passionate about HR and excited to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced consulting environment. You'll be exposed to many areas of HR while building a solid foundation for your future as an HR Partner.
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and employee handbooks
- Help design and administer engagement surveys and 360 feedback processes
- Analyze data and prepare clear, concise reports and presentations
- Develop HR tools, templates, and resources for internal and client use
- Leverage AI tools to streamline tasks and enhance work quality
- Conduct research to support client-specific HR solutions
- Contribute to internal process improvements and documentation
- Recent graduate of a Human Resources progam - college or university
- Experience in human resources including co-ops and/or internships is an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office
- Curious and eager to learn, especially about AI tools in the HR space
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Client-focused with a growth mindset and a collaborative spirit
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote environment
- Demonstrated interest in a future career as an HR Partner or Consultant
