Due to recent growth, our team is expanding!

We're looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Associate to support our HR Partners across a variety of client engagements. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate who is passionate about HR and excited to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced consulting environment. You'll be exposed to many areas of HR while building a solid foundation for your future as an HR Partner.

Responsabilités
  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
  • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and employee handbooks
  • Help design and administer engagement surveys and 360 feedback processes
  • Analyze data and prepare clear, concise reports and presentations
  • Develop HR tools, templates, and resources for internal and client use
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline tasks and enhance work quality
  • Conduct research to support client-specific HR solutions
  • Contribute to internal process improvements and documentation
Qualifications
  • Recent graduate of a Human Resources progam - college or university
  • Experience in human resources including co-ops and/or internships is an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Curious and eager to learn, especially about AI tools in the HR space
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
  • Client-focused with a growth mindset and a collaborative spirit
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote environment
  • Demonstrated interest in a future career as an HR Partner or Consultant
