As we continue to grow, we are looking for a General Manager to help streamline operations, enhance cross-company alignment, and support our expanding portfolio.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead, manage, and optimize operations, finances, and administration across all companies within The Oickle Group. This role focuses on office-based leadership rather than direct construction management, offering an opportunity to shape systems and contribute at a strategic level.
In this role, you'll work closely with the CEO to help scale the business, manage finances, and implement effective business systems. Your leadership will ensure that all teams are aligned and that internal processes are scalable as we continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Coordination: Ensure effective communication and alignment across all divisions.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor budgeting, cash flow, forecasting, and cost control processes.
- Business Systems & SOPs: Build, document, and improve internal procedures to optimize workflow.
- ERP Implementation: Assist with the rollout and integration of ERP and business management tools.
- People & Performance: Support team leaders in managing structure, planning, and accountability.
- Growth Support: Collaborate with the CEO on strategic direction and growth initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: 5+ years in operations, financial, or general management roles.
- Leadership: Experience managing or supporting multiple teams or departments.
- Financial Acumen: Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Process-Oriented: Comfortable developing and improving business systems and procedures.
- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to lead, collaborate, and communicate effectively.
- ERP Experience: Familiarity with ERP systems is an asset.
Bonus: Experience in trades or service-based industries is a plus.
