We are seeking a results-driven professional with a strong blend of business acumen and technical expertise to lead automation and reporting initiatives that support governance, execution & delivery, and operational efficiency. This role will be instrumental in designing and implementing scalable solutions using Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, and other tools to drive data-informed decision-making across the enterprise.
Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel to support business performance and regulatory reporting.
- Lead governance processes for reporting and automation, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and risk controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and manage project delivery.
- Maintain and enhance SharePoint sites for document management, workflow automation, and team collaboration.
- Champion best practices in data visualization, automation, and governance across the organization.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We'd love to work with you if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, reporting, or automation roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query), Excel (macros, pivot tables), and SharePoint (site management, permissions).
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks, risk management, and regulatory reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in financial services or risk transformation is a strong asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
- Certifications in Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, or project management (PMP, Agile) are considered assets.
