BioVectra Inc. has an immediate opening for an Environmental Technician. This is a full-time permanent position located in Charlottetown, PEI.

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Collecting samples from process support utilities (water, air, nitrogen, etc.) and air/surface samples from rated processing suites to support our environmental monitoring program.
• Preparing summary documents and formal reports pertaining to Environmental sampling.
• Assisting in the investigation and closure of non-conformances related to the Environmental monitoring program.
• Performing facility evaluations as part of general compliance activities.

The successful candidate for this position should have:

• Post-secondary education in related field; science or engineering preferred.
• University degree an asset.
• Previous experience working in a regulated environment considered an asset.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office suite.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Presentation skills to effectively report findings.
