The Global Wealth Engineering Technology team is highly experienced and technically proficient Lead Technical Business Systems Analyst to drive enterprise system architecture, lead business analysis teams, and optimize technical solutions for strategic growth. This role requires deep expertise in complex system integrations, data analytics, automation, cloud technologies, and technical leadership to ensure seamless collaboration between business and IT teams. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in enterprise solutions, API management, DevOps, security frameworks, and advanced analytics, while also excelling at mentoring and leading teams of analysts to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

Technical Expertise & System Strategy:

  • Architect and oversee end-to-end enterprise solutions, ensuring optimal system performance, scalability, and business alignment.
  • Lead complex system integrations using API gateways, microservices architecture, and middleware technologies.
  • Define and implement cloud strategies (AWS, Azure, GCP), focusing on serverless computing, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Oversee database engineering, optimizing large-scale SQL & NoSQL databases, data lakes, and ETL processes for seamless analytics and business intelligence.
  • Drive innovation in automation frameworks, integrating AI, machine learning models, and robotic process automation (RPA) for business optimization.

Leadership & Team Development:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Business Systems Analysts, guiding best practices in system analysis, documentation, and requirements gathering.
  • Establish governance frameworks to standardize methodologies, enhancing collaboration and efficiency across business and IT teams.
  • Provide executive-level insights and technical recommendations to leadership teams, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology initiatives.
  • Train junior analysts on emerging technologies, system architecture principles, and advanced business process optimization techniques.

Process Optimization & Risk Management:

  • Develop cost-effective solutions by optimizing existing infrastructure, minimizing technical debt, and improving system reliability.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, conducting feasibility studies on innovative solutions that drive business transformation.

Incident Support Management

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of production issues.
  • Analyze and classify incoming incidents (INCs) to identify patterns, recurring issues, and potential system problems.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of incidents from logging to resolution and closure, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
  • Monitor and triage incidents using ServiceNow, ensuring timely updates and escalations as needed.
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to drive root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
  • Maintain documentation of known errors, workarounds, and resolution procedures.

  • Technical Mastery: Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, software development, database management, and systems integration.
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with executives, and drive large-scale system enhancements.
  • Agile & DevOps Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, cloud infrastructures, DevOps pipelines, and automated deployments.
  • Advanced Analytics & AI Integration: Strong background in data science, predictive modeling, and AI-driven business intelligence.
  • Visio & Process Modeling: Expertise in Microsoft Visio for designing workflows, system architectures, and business process diagrams.
  • SQL & Data Modeling: Strong proficiency in SQL for query optimization, stored procedures, and database management, along with expertise in data modeling techniques such as conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
  • Advanced Sequence Flow Design: Proficiency in BPMN, UML, and process automation tools to define and optimize end-to-end business workflows
  • Strong understanding of incident management processes and ITIL framework.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools for monitoring, reporting, and workflow management.
  • Experience in classifying and categorizing incidents into system problems, enhancements, or user errors.
  • Ability to interpret and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance.
  • Excellent business communication skills—both written and verbal—for stakeholder updates and reporting.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and propose improvements to reduce incident volume.
