We are currently seeking a strong candidate to join our team in Calgary, AB as an Inside Sales Representative

What you will bring:

• Customer service or sales experience in a related industry
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
• Strong self-motivation and results-driven attitude
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong commitment to delivering cutting-edge customer service
• Knowledge of industrial & safety products (considered an asset)
• Post-secondary education in a related field (considered an asset)
• Knowledge of cutting tools and/or MRO industrial & safety products (considered an asset)

What you'll do:

• Responding to inbound customer inquiries in person, over phone, and via email
• Preparing quotes, processing orders, sourcing product, and expediting
• Supporting outside sales team to meet and exceed needs of customers
• Providing excellent and quality customer service in person, over the phone and via email
• Providing coverage in the store front as required
