PAL Airlines is currently seeking a Regional Stations Manager for our Atlantic Canada operations to join our team in St. John's, NL.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • O versee all daily operations of the Atlantic Canada PAL Airlines stations;
  • Responsible for the customer experience at PAL stations;
  • Manage a large team of diverse individuals throughout the region;
  • Ensure that proper policies and procedures are carried out in each PAL station;
  • Monitor all training for station employees in your market;
  • Maintain safety standards in the workplace;
  • Complete financials duties for PAL Stations in your market;
  • Engage FBO's in your market to provide PAL level service in each;
  • Participate in Emergency Team Operations when necessary;
  • Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service;
  • Flexibility to adapt to fluctuations in work times due to operational and/or unforeseen situations;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a similar role is required;
  • Completion of secondary schooling in a related field is considered an asset;
  • Knowledge of Aviation Principles would be an asset;
  • Knowledge in People Management;
  • High level of professionalism and dedication to customer service excellence;
  • Must possess strong decision making and organizational skills;
  • An ability to relate to a diverse work force and customer base;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing and maintaining tight deadlines;
  • Excellent written and verbal commination skills;
  • A keen attention to detail;
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Flip Charts.
