Job Title : Road Construction Labourer
Location: Elginburg, ON
Wage: $21.00/hour

Job Summary:
We're hiring motivated labourers to join our team. You'll assist in site prep, product application, and equipment operation. This is hands-on, physical outdoor work with varying shifts and seasonal demand.

Job Description:

• Assist with prepping, laying out, and applying pavement markings
• Operate light and heavy equipment as needed
• Load, unload, and move materials (up to 50 lbs.)
• Follow safety procedures and work as part of a team
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Flexible schedule - day, night, weekend, and on-call shifts

Requirements:

• 1 year experience in general labour and trailering

• Valid G-Class Driver's License (must be insurable)

• Own transportation to Elginburg (no public transit available)

• Safety boots required

• Line painting experience is an asset, not required
