As an IS Application Administrator, you will:
- Be responsible for the installation, configuration, support and maintenance of Halifax Water's Enterprise Applications.
To do this job, you need to have:
- Post-secondary diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology
- Five years of experience as an application administrator
- ERP experience is an asset
- Hands on experience with the following:
- Microsoft Window Operating System environments,
- Knowledge of application data privacy practices and laws,
- Familiarity with the fundamental principles of ITIL,
- Experience with the administration of business applications,
- ITIL Certification (or willing to obtain with 6 months of being hired)
- Certification in one of the following:
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert
- Microsoft Certified SharePoint Administrator
- Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst
- Equivalent certifications or experience may be considered
- A valid NS driver's license and access to reliable transportation
