The role:


Senior Manager, Business Intelligence, Risk Analytics & MIS


What will you do?

Strategic Operations Functions

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Director, supporting strategic planning, translating strategic feedback into actionable plans and ensuring alignment across teams and multi-functions if appliable.
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying and resolving bottlenecks in workflows and communication.
  • Develop and deliver high-impact presentations, reports, and dashboards to monitor KPIs and track progress on strategic initiatives.
  • Support the end-to-end full employee onboarding lifecycle by assisting with candidate interviews, coordinating new hire onboarding, and facilitating initial training to ensure a seamless and productive start for new team members.

Project & Delivery Management

  • Lead and oversee complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business goals.
  • Create and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to drive execution and accountability across business users, data engineering and analytics teams.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and data engineering partners, leveraging SQL skills to support data discovery and validation. Create and maintain Source-to-Target (STT) documentation, and perform initial data sourcing and profiling at the onset of each project to ensure alignment with business requirements and data integrity
  • Host regular stakeholder meetings to gather feedback, enhance transparency, mitigate risks, and ensure deliverables are met on schedule. Maintain open and effective communication channels to promptly address changes or updates throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and conduct readiness sessions for end users to support smooth transition, gather feedback and implement continuous improvement practices as needed.

Technical & Analytical Support

  • Manage and maintain the centralized Power BI hub for all teams within GRM. Provide ongoing support to dashboard owners, assisting with updates, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
  • Serve as the primary point of support for newly adopted AI/ML platforms and technologies, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and user assistance during the initial rollout, migration and beyond.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in Power BI, SQL, and SAS. (nice to have)
  • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, tools, and technologies, with an open-minded approach to learning and adapting in a dynamic environment.
