The Manager, Front-to-Back Design Centre role will actively support the Catalyst and Senior Consultants on end-to-end F2B value streams across customer journeys, providing unbiased leadership to cross-functional teams and drive a culture of change to break down the siloes and deliver solutions that cut through the seams of the business.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

  • F2B Strategy development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive an E2E approach, focused on customer experience, employee experience, process simplification & optimization, risks & controls, digitization & automation, and benefit / value assessment to provide customized strategy and target state design; includes driving the work, shaping research and analysis to enable decision-making, challenging existing models, coordinating and facilitating workshops and interviews, synthesizing findings, and presenting clear recommendations and action plans to ensure defined outcomes are achieved and recognized within the Bank.
  • F2B value stream delivery of designed target state: Manage, support and deliver the F2B transformation initiatives following a standardized, consistent, and repeatable methodology across the value commitment definition, ideation, design, and implementation phases, ensuring timely implementation of F2B goals with right scope & outcome; contribute to project workstreams, including developing project /sprint plans, supporting problem-solving sessions, workshops and interviews with cross-functional and business line working team members and subject matter experts to deliver on F2B workstream goals with the right scope and outcome.
  • F2B Design Centre development: Support practice development and documentation of best practices (e.g., playbook) and assets (e.g., pitch decks) leveraging learnings from each transformation initiative to sustainable drive consistent impact and propagate the mandate across the bank; develop and manage internal governance and reporting (e.g., executive advisory dashboards and reports) to support tracking the F2B center against its mandate.
  • Stakeholder management: Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support the achievement of deliverables and overall program objectives.
