In this role, you will :
- Be accountable for advancing the organization's data governance (DG) program, continuously enhancing data management (DM) capabilities, and enabling more efficient operations across CRC. This role plays a critical part in leveraging data and technology to streamline business processes, foster innovation, and support strategic decision-making-while ensuring data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance.
- AI empowerment is another key aspect of this role, including but not limited to:
- Driving the digital fluency ,and Data literacy for the whole organziation. i.e AI productivity tools like CoPilot,M365
- Working closely with business to identify the opportunity that AI can support or automate the process/ operation , and work with Tech Group to deliver the POC /solution
- Collaboration with Legal and risk function on the AI policy , risk , and governance to make sure the response AI
What we are looking for :
- 12+ years of proven progressive leadership experience in managing or supporting Digital & Data Transformation or Data Governance programs.
- Graduate diploma or a university degree in computer science, data science or a related field.
- Advanced expertise in strategic leadership, business growth, and organizational initiatives, with broad knowledge of diverse business issues, and involves coordinating senior leadership to set and achieve long-term objectives.
- Deep understanding of the evolving digital & data world on both the demand side (how people/companies are using) and the supply side (emerging digital & data technologies)
- Ability to describe business use cases/outcomes, data sources and management concepts, and analytical approaches/options.
- Ability to address complex, abstract problems through strategic thinking and abstract reasoning, developing unique, precedent-setting solutions with long-term implications and organization-wide impact, while applying expert judgment to assess multifaceted risks and escalating issues with significant political, reputational, or financial implications for alignment with organizational strategy.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate with strategically important contacts or groups, promoting complex and sensitive ideas to obtain commitment or agreements, and facilitating consensus in sensitive or controversial situations with significant organizational impact and a mid- to long-term perspective.
- Fluency in English is required, French is an asset.
