Director of Procurement, Real Estate and Corporate Security
Nova Scotia Power
You're not just a strategic leader-you're a connector of systems, people, and purpose.
At Nova Scotia Power, they're looking for a forward-thinking Director to lead three essential areas of their business: procurement, real estate, and corporate security. As part of the senior leadership team, you'll guide large, cross-functional teams and shape strategies that support safe, efficient, and future-ready operations across the province.
Your impact will stretch across sourcing, supply chain, facilities, and infrastructure. You'll lead procurement efforts tied to the company's multi-million-dollar capital budget, drive supplier diversity and risk mitigation, and champion continuous improvement. You'll also oversee commercial real estate management-from land acquisitions to property strategy-and lead the corporate security team in protecting physical assets and ensuring employee safety across sites.
This is a role for someone who thrives in complex environments and brings a steady, strategic hand. You have experience leading procurement functions at a senior level and exposure to real estate and security operations, ideally in utility, industrial, or manufacturing settings. You also bring a university degree, strong commercial contract experience, and a leadership style grounded in collaboration and results.
If you're excited by the opportunity to shape foundational systems and contribute to Nova Scotia's clean energy transition, this is your moment. Join a team where operational leadership powers real-world impact-and where your work will help build a safer, more sustainable future for all Nova Scotians.
