About the Role:
We are actively seeking a CCVE-certified or CVRP-certified professional to lead and grow this department. This is an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking leader to drive Capture's expansion into legal forensic assessments, vocational case management, and disability management services.
The successful candidate will spearhead our vocational rehab division, taking the lead on case files, supporting credentialing of internal staff, and increasing capacity for legal work across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal forensic assessment services
- Conduct vocational and physical assessments
- Deliver vocational case and disability management
- Support job search activities and training programs
- Facilitate computer training and activation programming
- Mentor and support team members pursuing CCVE certification
- Present progress and strategic goals to executive leadership
- Collaborate to develop and execute a department growth strategy
What We're Looking For:
- Credentials: CCVE certified (required) or CVRP
- Proven experience in legal/forensic vocational work
- Ability to lead and build a team
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Confident presenting in executive and legal settings
- Professional, self-driven, and goal-oriented
- Passion for mentorship and program development
