- Collaborate with management to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies targeting both new and existing customers.
- Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-ins with a focus on closing deals and meeting sales targets.
- Develop ongoing and profitable relationships with customers and continually maintain a professional image of the company
- Previous experience in the heavy-duty truck industry is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in college or university is an asset
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
- Has a passion for building and maintaing relationships
- Strong negotiating skills
- Ability to do sales presentations and conduct follow-up calls/meetings
- Has excellent communication skills in speaking, reading, and writing
