The dietitian will apply their skills of advocate and change agent to support the FCT's mission; collaborate with the FCT team in the provision of care; engage with acute care and community supports in the provision of care; assist clients with navigation through the health system; and mentor other dietitians and team members. The Dietitian is required to support Labrador Grenfell Zone's Dietetic Internship Program through contribution of clinical practice expertise and/or preceptorship of dietetic interns.

This position functions with a high degree of independence and initiative.
