Client Services Manager - Atlantic Asher

Join the team behind Atlantic Canada's most impactful hospital home lotteries! You've seen the signs, maybe you've even dreamed about winning one. Those grand-prize show homes and sold-out hospital lotteries. That is Asher at work. They're the team powering campaigns like the QEII Home Lottery and New Brunswick Hospital Home Lottery - high-profile fundraising initiatives that raise millions in support of healthcare across the region.

Now, Asher is looking for a strategic and impact-focused Client Services Manager to join their Atlantic Canada team - someone who thrives on building strong relationships, managing complex projects, and making a meaningful impact.

About the Role

As Client Services Manager, you'll take the lead on managing high-profile charitable lottery campaigns from start to finish. You'll act as the main point of contact for Atlantic-based clients, overseeing strategy, timelines, prize planning, financials, and coordination with cross-functional internal teams. You'll also represent Asher at exciting in-person events like campaign launches, media promotions, and community activations.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the strategic lead and day-to-day contact for regional client accounts
  • Guide the full campaign lifecycle - from planning to execution to wrap-up
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, creative, IT, and external partners
  • Oversee prize development, budgeting, scheduling, and campaign logistics
  • Mentor a Client Services Coordinator and support their ongoing development
  • Attend and contribute to campaign events, including public and media engagements
  • Ensure exceptional client experience and continuously look for opportunities to improve results

What We're Looking For

  • Education & Experience: A post-secondary degree or diploma in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in client service, project management, or account leadership is required.
  • Skills & Competencies: Strong project management abilities, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and a strategic mindset. You're confident managing budgets, interpreting reports, and presenting updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Key Attributes: Organized, driven, collaborative, confident, and client-focused. You bring a calm, professional presence to complex, high-pressure campaigns.

Why Join Asher?

  • Meaningful Work: Support causes that matter-every campaign improves healthcare in our communities.
  • Collaborative Culture: Join a team that values professionalism, creativity, and respect.
  • Growth & Development: Take your career to the next level with leadership and learning opportunities.
  • Competitive Compensation: Includes salary, comprehensive health and dental benefits, RRSP matching, paid volunteer time, generous vacation, and more.
