Our Health Services team is currently accepting applications for a Health Services Supervisor - Term Full Time.

Qualifications:

  • Office/Business Administration, or equivalent training and/or experience
  • CCA Certification is considered an asset.
  • Standard First Aid/CPR
  • Management/Leadership Training
  • 2-3 years experience in team development or leadership role
  • Experience in scheduling staffing in a fast-paced customer setting
  • Experience with Client Support Systems, Customer Relationship Management Systems and Workforce Management Systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Scheduling, Payroll and Database Management Systems
  • Strong knowledge of Procura
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle required
  • Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular and consistent basis according to Northwood's corporate standard.

Responsibilities:

  • Participates in the hiring, orientation, training and performance development of Health Services staff and coaches for success
  • Supports the delivery of high-quality customer/client experience by providing timely follow-up with regards to concerns, and by building strong relationships with customers
  • Participates in team planning, implementation and delivery of a quality, client focused service
  • Provides training and support to staff as needed
  • Collaborates as needed on staff and customer/client issues
  • Reviews requests for services to determine appropriate staff assignment and scheduling
  • Assists Health Services team with information and resources needed to perform daily activities
  • Responds to concerns and complaints from staff and customers
  • Monitors data and activitiy via Procura reports
  • Administrative tasks related to day-to-day operations, including employee time management
  • Participates in the development, implementation, and evaluation of Health Services goals
  • Develops and maintains communication links with internal and external customers/clients
  • Provides input into policies and procedures
  • Maintains knowledge of governing laws and/or legislation that affects the delivery of services
  • Performs other related duties as required

Salary / Benefits: As per the Northwood Scale

Hours: 80 hours bi-weekly (8 hour shifts)

Start Date: June 5, 2025
