Your Contribution

Our Burlington office is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant (25 hours per week).

If you are an energetic individual who thrives on organization and helping others, we want to hear from you!

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Answer and direct phone calls;
  • Coordinate Purolator and courier shipments;
  • Log and file reports from technicians;
  • Gather and forward reports via email;
  • Order office/ kitchen supplies;
  • Maintaining internal spreadsheets;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Apply and promote Englobe's health and safety rules.

Your Profile

  • Diploma in Office Administration considered is an asset;
  • Bilingual capabilities considered an asset;
  • Driver's license required to do local office errands as required;
  • Minimum of 2-years' experience in an front desk role in an office environment required;
  • Experience working in a similar capacity in a Consulting, Engineering, or Science firm would be an asset;
  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office program features specifically, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
  • Demonstrated sensitivity and consideration for occupational health and safety.

Qualifications:
