Job Title: Landscape Laborer / Yard Associate

Location: Kingston, ON

Shift: 8:00 AM start (weekend availability required)

Wage: $18.00-$19.50/hr. (based on experience)

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and physically fit individual to join our landscaping supply team. This outdoor role involves bagging materials, maintaining yard organization, and helping customers load soil, mulch, and gravel into their vehicles.

Job Description:

• Bagging various landscape materials such as soil, gravel, and mulch
• Assisting customers with loading heavy items into vehicles
• Keeping the yard clean, safe, and organized
• Working as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Following all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications:

• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs. repeatedly
• Reliable transportation (public transit may not be available)
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• CSA-approved work boots required
• Reflective shirt or vest required
• Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Punctual and dependable
