Job Title: DZ Driver - Manual 5-Speed

Location: Burlington, Ontario - Guelph Line & Fairview St

Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 am start time

Pay Rate: $25.00/hour

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Hire

Our client in Burlington is hiring a DZ Driver to operate a 5-speed, manual transmission, straight truck. You will be completing pickups and deliveries in the GTA and surrounding areas. You must be 25 years of age or older and have a clean driver's abstract.

Job Description:

• Safely operate manual transmission straight truck
• Drive from Burlington to drop-off locations in the GTA
• Complete logbooks and trip sheets accurately
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operating conditions
• Ability to hand bomb items as needed and lift up to 50 lbs
• Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-years verifiable DZ driving experience (manual transmission)
• Willing to provide driver's abstract dated within 30 days
• Willing to provide driver's CVOR dated within 30 days
• Willing to provide criminal background check
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
• Minimum 25 years of age
