Job Title: Office Clerk
Location: St. John's

Available Shifts: Monday-Friday; 8:00am to 4:30pm
Rate of Pay: $122.00 per hour

Advantage Personnel is currently recruiting for an Office Clerk position. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a client with the potential to be hired full-time.

As an Office Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for our client. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones, taking memos, and maintaining files.
  • Sending and receiving correspondence.
  • Greeting clients and customers.
  • Answering customer inquiries.
  • Planning events, scheduling appointments, and preparing presentation material.
  • Storing, organizing, and managing files.
  • Typing, editing, and proofreading documents.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Efficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
