Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Belleville, Ontario

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

Duration: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join a leading construction firm specializing in diverse Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional projects. This company is committed to delivering innovative and high-quality design-build solutions. As part of their dynamic team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the full lifecycle of these projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, from initial planning through to completion.
  • Develop and control project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Prepare detailed project estimates and tenders.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to meet project objectives.
  • Track project progress, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Provide regular project updates and status reports to stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during project execution.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
  • Travel to project sites as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in managing Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional construction projects.
  • Proven expertise in project estimating and tendering.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
