Partner International is seeking a Business Development Manager to help drive company growth and support our clients in expanding their businesses internationally. This role is instrumental in researching and identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, contributing to the overall business development strategy of Partner International, and executing the BD objectives of our clients.

The ideal candidate will proactively identify and qualify new potential clients through research, lead generation, leveraging our proprietary database, and connecting with our global network of contacts. Collaborating closely with the business development team, you will research, design and execute business development campaigns that align with our objectives. You will also work closely with clients to help them meet their business development objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and qualify potential clients through primary and secondary research, market analysis, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives to expand the company's global client base.
  • Organize business development logistics, including arranging meetings and virtual calls, as well as support trade show participation.
  • Work closely with internal teams to create and implement marketing campaigns that support client acquisition and engagement.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales materials to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry is considered an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling business proposals and presentations.
  • Highly motivated, resourceful, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify new opportunities and drive business growth.
