Specific Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Change Impact Assessment
• Gather requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze and document current and future state processes.
• Identify gaps and risks associated with the proposed changes.
Project & Change Delivery
• Support the end-to-end delivery of change initiatives across Capital Markets Operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Execute business testing, implementation, and post-implementation support for system/process changes.
Operational Readiness & Testing
• Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Ensure operations are trained, processes updated, and controls implemented ahead of go-live
Stakeholder Engagement
• Liaise with internal partners: Front Office, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and other Operations teams globally.
• Act as a bridge between business users and technology teams, ensuring smooth delivery of changes.
Process Improvement
• Identify inefficiencies and operational risks, and work on initiatives to streamline processes.
• Support automation and digital transformation within operations.

Education/Accreditations:
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or other discipline in STEM.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience of programming languages.
- 5 years of progressive Capital Market experience at a financial institution
- Past work experience in liquidity management, treasury/ cash management or structured products.
