Building Maintenance

PAL Aviation Services is currently seeking applicants for a full timefixed term Building Maintenance positionto join our team in Goose Bay, NL.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform minor and major repairs on all buildings and equipment;
- General upkeep and maintenance on all facilities;
- Perform light electrical repairs as required;
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests;
- Perform outdoor maintenance;
- Obtain estimates for supplies as needed;
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role with a focus on carpentry;
- A clean driver's abstract and record of conduct;
- Experience in outdoor maintenace;
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
