We are currently recruiting for a Training Administrator for our St. John's, NL base.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Maintain Freshdesk ticket system for the PAL Group.
  • Open, assign and close out tickets.
  • Upload employee documents to user profiles in the Pelesys LMS.
  • Create new employee profiles and assign required training.
  • Deactivate employee profiles and remove Pelesys access, as required.
  • Maintain electronic training files for divisional employees.
  • Ensure corresponding Policies and Procedures documents are up to date for data entry.
  • Chair monthly division training meetings and take minutes, as required.
  • Identify and Escalate expired/incomplete training using the SMS process.
  • Coordinate in-class training events, as required.
  • Maintain classroom booking folder and ensure classroom set-up prior to training events.
  • Create Purchase Orders, as required.
  • Order office supplies, as required.
  • Report to Training Manager.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Word/Excel/Office 365.
  • 40-60 wpm.
  • Office Admin certification or experience in an office environment would be considered.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in aviation an asset.
  • Must be detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team is a must.
