The Opportunity

Do you have a passion for delivering outstanding service, organizing impactful events, and making a meaningful difference for members and employers? We're looking for a Member & Employer Relations Coordinator to join our Pension Administration team at Provident10!

As a key member of the team, you'll support member and employer engagement through seamless event coordination, exceptional customer service, and efficient administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who's organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and people skills go hand-in-hand.

Your key activities will include:

  • Coordinate all logistics for educational sessions, including setup, monitoring, summaries, follow-ups, and reporting.
  • Prepare and distribute materials to plan members and employers.
  • Support the development of educational resources using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, and Slack.
  • Act as the first point of contact for inquiries related to session content, scheduling, and logistics.
  • Assist in planning and executing virtual and on-site events and seminars.
  • Collect and summarize data from event evaluations and surveys for internal reporting.
  • Provide general office coordination and administrative support as needed.

What you'll bring to the role

  • Completion of a Business or Office Administration program (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service, office administration, or event coordination-preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience coordinating large-scale events, both virtually and in-person.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with virtual platforms and creative tools like Slack and Canva is an asset.

Salary Range: $51,100 - $71,500
