Franchise Management Inc. (FMI) is looking to hire an individual who lives by our corporate values of Heart, Integrity and Drive to fill the position of IT Administrative Assistant. Our Administrative Assistants are essential to the success and efficiency of our company. They support the needs of our leadership
and their respective teams, while still functioning as a dynamic member of the administrative team. This role will report directly to the Director of IT and work with all members of the Information Technology team as well as other departments within the business. In this fast-paced work environment, the individual will require exceptional time management and organizational skills, be self-sufficient, and able to think quickly on his/her feet.

Responsabilités

What you will do:

Working as a member of our Technology team, you will provide a full range of clerical services to support day to IT operations and projects at the FMI Support Center. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for:
● Recording & managing inventory & supply data, ordering new equipment and supplies as needed
● Working collaboratively with supervisor and other departments to solve clerical issues
● Assisting with budget tracking, including reviewing invoices, payments, and receipts
● Preparing and maintaining company documents and reports.

Qualifications

What you bring to the role:
● A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in an administrative role
● Highly organized and capable of maintaining organizational systems that others easily utilize
● Proficient computer skills, strong verbal, and written communication skills
● Working knowledge of Google Workspace apps is considered an asset
● Comfort in handling multiple requests from different individuals and departments
● Experience with technical writing for documentation or instruction
● Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
