We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Manager of Growth Marketing to lead and execute Remsoft's go-to-market strategy for new customer acquisition. This is a highly visible, high-impact role focused on driving qualified leads, accelerating pipeline growth, and supporting our global expansion.

You enjoy building campaigns from the ground up, using data to drive decision-making, and partnering closely with sales to fuel pipeline momentum. You're hands-on with technology, creative in approach, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where strategy and execution go hand in hand.
- Lead the execution of Remsoft's go-to-market strategy for new logo acquisition
- Design and manage multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, web, and more
- Develop persona-based messaging and nurture sequences tailored to the buyer journey
- Manage marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce
- Launch and optimize inbound and outbound programs to generate qualified leads
- Partner with Sales to align messaging and develop campaign playbooks
- Track and report on campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and ROI
- Refine marketing tactics based on competitive insights and market feedback
- Language: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Software: HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong (or similar)
- Years of Experience: 10+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, tech, or enterprise solutions
Assets
- Familiarity with demand generation tactics such as ABM, content syndication, and cold outreach
- Experience working in or marketing to asset-intensive industries (e.g., forestry, energy, infrastructure)
- Analytical mindset with a passion for turning data into actionable insight
- Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills
Location

While Remsoft's headquarters are in Fredericton, New Brunswick, and Ottawa, Ontario, we are open to a range of working arrangements for this role. Candidates can work fully remote, in a hybrid setup, or from our office.
