Title : Senior Coordinator - Health Equipment Loan Program

In this role, you will :
- Coordinate and support the planning and execution of the Health Equipment Loan Program (HELP) within your service center.
- Ensure services are delivered efficiently, effectively and in alignment with CRC standards, policies and community needs.
- Coordinate and support the recruitment, orientation and training for HELP volunteers.
- Liaise with long term care facilities for the overall delivery of the Health Equipment Loan Program (including delivery and pick up of health equipment).
- Coordinate day to day administrative functions such as ensuring financial transactions are completed and all information flow to public is timely and accurate.
- Ensure proper documentation, storage and accessibility of program data for compliance and future reference.
- Maintain inventory records on equipment loans, returns and statistics in accordance with program policies and procedures.
- Prepare regular program reports and assist with the collection of data for assessments and program evaluations.
What we are looking for :
- The minimum qualifications for this job are completion of post-secondary education or diploma with 4 to 5 years of job-related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in managing client relationships by understanding client needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Previous experience working with seniors is considered an asset.
- Ability to prioritize and organize multiple issues simultaneously in a complex client-based environment.
- Sound decision making abilities, combined with strong organizational skills, are essential.
- Excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, in English is mandatory.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency and presentation skills.
- Previous experience working with volunteers and the ability to supervise is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with inventory control procedures.
- Ability to do medium to heavy lifting
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel within province and a satisfactory driver's abstract is required.
