The opportunity

We are looking for a strategic and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consulting Manager to join our HR Technology practice. This role is designed for someone who can own the room, influence key decision makers, and lead complex HR transformations. You will lead engagements that connect HR strategy, technology, and employee experience through the full lifecycle of SAP SuccessFactors implementation and optimization.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, people, and business. You'll be guiding clients through their HR tech journeys with a confident presence, deep domain expertise, and a collaborative mindset.

Your key responsibilities

Client Leadership & Strategy

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior HR leaders and executives, helping shape transformation roadmaps that drive tangible business outcomes.
  • Lead client workshops to translate strategic objectives into practical HR technology solutions powered by SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Guide clients through critical decisions around process optimization, design governance, and talent architecture.

Implementation and Integration

  • Lead the delivery of large global, multi-module SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
  • Oversee the configuration, customization, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Talent Management, Learning Management, Compensation Management, and Recruiting.
  • Ensure seamless integration with other HR systems and third-party applications.

Solution Ownership & Innovation

  • Maintain ownership of end-to-end solution integrity, driving decisions across configuration, integration, data strategy, and reporting.
  • Introduce leading practices and new innovations from the SAP ecosystem to elevate the client experience.
  • Champion continuous improvement efforts in system design, user experience, and workforce analytics.

Program Delivery & Integration

  • Lead large-scale, multi-module SAP SuccessFactors implementations across diverse sectors and geographies.
  • Ensure integrated delivery across key modules (e.g., Employee Central, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Recruiting) and other HR platforms (e.g., SAP HCM, WFS).
  • Drive coordination across cross-functional teams to align program delivery with organizational goals and operating models.

People Leadership

  • Lead and mentor diverse delivery teams across onshore/offshore models, creating space for growth and shared accountability.
  • Build talent within the practice through coaching, feedback, and knowledge-sharing across the SAP COI and broader HR tech team.

Change Enablement & Adoption

  • Collaborate with change and enablement leads to ensure technology adoption sticks.
  • Lead design-thinking and co-creation sessions to build solutions employees actually want to use.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring teams.
  • Strong technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Talent Management, Learning Management, Payroll, Compensation Management, and Recruiting.
  • Proficiency in data migration, system configuration, and integration.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR technology consulting, with a deep focus on SAP SuccessFactors (multiple modules).
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end transformations—from initial client pitch to post-go-live optimization.
  • Strong executive presence and facilitation skills; able to navigate ambiguity and build trust in high-stakes client settings.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in complex program environments.

Ideally, you'll also have

  • SAP Certified Application Associate – Employee Central Core, SAP Certified Application Associate – Compensation, SAP SuccessFactors Accreditation – PMGM, Recruiting, Succession.

What we look for

  • You lead with curiosity, structure, and confidence—even when the path isn't clear.
  • Clients ask for you by name.
  • Your teams grow stronger under your leadership.
  • You elevate delivery by connecting business strategy with tech decisions—and telling that story well.
