Arnoldin Form Work Ltd. is looking for a dependable, hands-on worker to join our team as a Yard & Site Support Worker. This is a primarily outdoor, full-time role that offers steady work, union wages, and full benefits - even if you're just starting out in the trades.

This position is ideal for someone who:

· • Wants physical but interesting work

· • Can handle the outdoors in all Nova Scotia weather

· • Is comfortable driving, lifting, and working with tools

No experience? No problem.

We'll train you to drive a 5-ton flat deck truck (Class 3 license training provided) and teach you some concrete work, basic welding, yard maintenance, and how to assist with tower crane setup and teardown.

What You'll Do:

· • Drive a 5-ton flat deck truck to and from job sites (training provided)

· • Load, unload, and organize equipment and materials

· • Basic Welding.

· • Assist with some precast concrete pours and general construction labour

· • Support tower crane assembly and dismantling

· • Perform basic welding and fabrication tasks (training provided)

· • Occasionally enter time or material data into a computer system

What You Bring:

· • Class 5 license required (Class 3 is an asset)
