We're looking for a detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to help optimize our revenue processes and drive strategic insights across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. Reporting to the VP of Finance, this role is key to enhancing revenue performance and forecasting accuracy. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration experience, and a passion for improving business systems and workflows. They thrive in a fast-paced environment and can translate data into actionable strategies that support growth.
- Analyze and monitor revenue performance across departments to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline reporting processes
- Enhance revenue systems and workflows for efficiency and consistency
- Develop dashboards and reports to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to align on metrics, tools, and processes
- Maintain data quality and integrity across CRM and financial systems
- Assist with go-to-market planning and performance measurement
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and Excel/Google Sheets
- 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales/Marketing Ops, or Financial/Business Analysis
Assets:
- Experience in SaaS or B2B environments
- Familiarity with SQL or other data query languages
- Understanding of sales funnels, customer journeys, and GTM strategies
