Job Description:
The Strategic & Editorial Content (SEC) Group is TD Wealth's content centre of excellence, responsible for developing editorial and strategic content that highlights the depth and breadth of TD Wealth expertise and showcases our thought leadership to TD clients and the world. The team is comprised of talented content professionals who bring together their editorial, production, creative and technical expertise to create industry-leading financial content across digital and broadcast streams. SEC properties include: MoneyTalk "Brought to you by TD," available at www.moneytalkgo.com and distributed across multiple TD ecosystems, MoneyTalk Live, streamed daily through TD WebBroker, and MoneyTalk on BNN Bloomberg, as well as live and original programming on multiple radio stations, plus various social channels each week.

Role: Video Artist / Editor and Technical Producer, Creative Services
You will deliver hands on with minimal direction: internal, external, branded high end video productions, and provide advanced end-to-end creative services including shooting, editing, publishing client and employee-facing videos.
Core Responsibilities
Execute high impact video editing that amplifies editorial insights under tight timelines
Gathering and complete all technical and creative requirements working with multiple partners and stakeholders
Using graphics and audio to amplify insights and branding
Video camera production with blackmagic cameras and both studio and field lighting setups
Support best-in-class video production facility and post-production facilities (setups, maintenance, troubleshooting)
Develop and execute entire project lifecycles: including discovery, initial assessment, solution definition, negotiation of key partnerships, development of creative, implementation, measurement and reporting.
Continuously enhance knowledge and keep current with emerging strategies, capabilities and/or trends for multimedia solutions.
Actively work to resolve escalated issues and manage changes within the project
Be an expert internal consultant, providing advice and guidance on multimedia solutions and multimedia initiatives/issues
You are:
A resourceful, self-motivated, technically creative, and results-driven contributor that can deliver high end storytelling with minimal directions, or quickly adapt to new directions and incorporate last minute feedback.
Have – or are eager to have -- a deep understanding of financial content
Able to build trust with partners and stakeholders
Able to understand marketing strategies and demonstrate how to apply them to video
Able to deliver actionable recommendations from analysis
Able to adapt in a rapidly changing environment
Core Skills:
15+ years of industry experience spanning the management of the full production cycle, from concept ideation, creative strategy and development, promotional campaigns, branding, and marketing campaign execution across broadcast, social media, streaming, live events, and radio/podcast platforms.
Expert knowledge of video cameras, photography cameras, lighting, video data management
Expert knowledge of Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, Logic. User knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign and HTML
Strong technical skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication, time management and organization skills
