Summary

Reporting to the Supervisor Customer Services, the Customer Service Representative/Client Service Representative ensured operational requirements are met, as per assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

The CSR is responsible for (but not limited to) the following responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ordering and purchasing all perishable and non-perishable items according to client's specific requirements, i.e., dishes, linens, wine etc. and ensure that onboard commissary items are regularly verified for quality and expiry dates
  • Maintain aircraft orderliness and organization and ensure the cabin presentation and appearance respect the highest standards
  • Ensure items to be placed onboard aircraft are in accordance with clients' requests
  • Reconcile relevant credit card charges related to purchase of aircraft supplies
  • Maintain revisions on aircraft up to date, i.e., airplane flight manual and quick reference handbook
  • Order stationery and office supplies

. Provide administrative support as required

Requirements

High School Leaving Certificate

3-5 years hospitality experience

Understanding of various aviation flight planning platforms

Exceptional communication skills in both English and French (written, spoken, and read)

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT)

High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Impeccable attention to detail and highly focused customer service skills

Extremely reliable, organized, and a self-starter

Demonstrated capacity to be flexible and adjust shift to cover aircraft arrivals & departures including evenings, weekends, and holidays
