As a F&I Manager at Colonial Honda, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a seamless purchasing experience for our customers. Your expertise will guide them in exploring financing options, selecting essential add-ons, and finalizing their vehicle purchase with confidence. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Facilitate Financing Options: Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and present tailored financing plans.
- Credit Management: Analyze credit applications and liaise with a network of lenders to secure competitive financing solutions.
- Sales of Add-Ons: Offer valuable products like extended warranties, insurance, and protection packages to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Transaction Completion: Oversee the preparation and execution of all financing and insurance-related paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.
- Customer Relationships: Deliver exceptional service, fostering trust and loyalty to maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores.
- Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in sales and financial transactions, with previous automotive experience a strong asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- A track record of success in sales and achieving performance targets.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
