We are seeking a customer-focused Office Administrator to join our team! This role is crucial to the smooth operation of our office and involves scheduling energy advisors for site visits, maintaining accurate customer records, and performing various clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent multitasking abilities, strong numerical skills, and be keen to take initiative. This person has the potential to grow into a program manager role, taking on more client-facing responsibilities.
Responsabilités
- Scheduling and Coordination: schedule and coordinate site visits for energy advisors and ensure efficient routing and timing of appointments to optimize advisor productivity. Collect and accurately record customer information for smooth operations.
- Customer Service: provide excellent customer service through phone and email. Address customer inquiries and issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Administrative Duties: perform data entry with a high level of accuracy, maintain organized files, and assist with general clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an office administrator/coordinator/manager, scheduler, project coordinator, or other relevant role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google platform.
- Comfortable with numbers and basic financial tasks.
